Research is the big afford to change the game mechanics, but it was too quick for many players. Better Research: you have to decide where to spend your points. Notice that you won't have a huge boost in resources though, just a balance between them. There's always too much energy and lack of mass, so many unit\structure costs have been tweaked for a better mass\energy ratio. Economy Overhaul: you won't run out of mass anymore Notice that after patch 1.13 upgrades damage has been removed from the mod. They have been beefed up without any chance of ACU rushing anymore.
